The Holy
Family Padre Pio Prayer Group will hold their
monthly meeting in the Holy Family Church, Ballymagroarty
on Monday night starting with 7.30 pm Mass. There will
be two 1st class relics of St Pio available at the meeting.
‘Thank
You, Mother’ Event in Thornhill Centre
on Monday, 8th March from 12.00 noon to 2.30 pm. Cost
£12 per person. A very special lunch with a time
of prayer and reflection as a way of allowing adult
children to say ‘Thank-you’ to their mothers.

on Ash Wednesday.
• Stations
of the Cross: Wednesday and Friday after the
7.30 pm evening Mass.

Community Book of Prayer: We are invited to
write down what we are doing for Lent. At the Cross
we can say the prayer that we will be faithful to our
commitment during the season and so be more prepared
to celebrate the resurrection of Christ at Easter.
‘Reflection
Mornings’ for the Thursdays of Lent
beginning 25th
February in Thornhill Centre. Each Thursday morning
begins at 10.30 am, includes a talk, quiet reflection,
ritual and concludes with a light lunch at 1.00 pm.

talks entitled: ‘This is My Body’ based
on the book by Fr Ian Petit OSB commencing Wednesday,
10th February in the Upper Room at 8.00 pm in Holy Family
Church.

Pilgrimage to Lourdes led by Bishop Hegarty -

The Irish
Children’s Pilgrimage Trust is taking
children/young people with special needs (both physical
and learning disability) from the ages of 9-21 years
of age from all over Ireland to Lourdes on Easter Sunday
(4th to 10th April). The IHCPT is looking urgently for
nurses to travel with groups this Easter. If you would
